I spent the week at my favorite place to be in the summer time last week, Mo Ranch. This marks the 15th summer of my life that I've spent time there over the summer. I took a group of 5 youth from FPC and we teamed up with another local congregation, UPC, to have 12 kids total for the week. The youth of FPC and UPC are such a joy and it was hugely fun to be with them and to experience God's love and learn alongside of them in such a beautiful place! The first pic is of three mission presbytery pastors at Aqua-Thon.... :) We were having a blast and all three said that this trip is one of our greatest joys in our ministry.... indeed! God is good. So is being home :)

Sing, Sing a Song....

Zanna LOVES to sing, and at VBS, she picked up on all of the songs very quickly and loves to sing and dance to them as often as we'll play the CD :)Her favorite is "Nothing is Impossible with God"! One night at dinner, I said something like "Zanna, that isn't possible" (to a request like, may I eat my food with my toes or something else as ridiculous), and her immediate response was, "Mom, nothing is impossible with God." :) Can't put one past this girl!
