Saturday Family Fun with Flowers

 
 
 
 
Last Saturday we went to the "Bamboo Festival" at the Zilker Botanical Gardens. Zanna loved looking at all of the flowers, the fish in the fishpond, and especially throwing rocks that she found around the gardens.

I apologize for the fuzziness, but this is how Zanna walks around the house a lot these days, talking to her friends on the phone. It's adorable :) We had to get her an old cell phone for her very own so that she wouldn't take ours, and she loves it. Call her :)

Zanna discovered Mom's high heels and LOVED them.... the tapping sound really intrigues her. Little does she know they're not comfy....

More Camping fun!

Let's Go Camping!

Last weekend, we went on our first family camping trip! Zanna wore her best campin' outfit for the trip too. We went to Emma Long Park and Zanna loved it. She had fun helping Daddy make the tent, wandering around the campgrounds and even, believe it or not, going to sleep by herself in the tent at bed-time. If it weren't for the crazy keg party a few campsites away, we all would have gotten a great night's sleep! Even with the noise, it was a blast and we'll be doing more camping trips in the future together.
