Yum! Rice Cereal!
Yesterday, Zanna had her first real food- rice cereal! Boy was it yummy. Both Mom and Dad got to feed her and she really enjoyed it and evidently also really liked the taste of her high chair!

Zanna on a mission!
Zanna's now been on her first mission trip. We traveled with 14 youth and 4 adults from FPC to Houston and Galveston to do Hurricane Ike repairs.... Uncle Bear got to be one of the yoots on the trip and Mimi came to take care of Zanna (and paint a little too :)) She, and all of us, had a wonderful week and I think Zanna's now a mission trip junky!
Bathing Beauty
Last Saturday, we went to Walnut Creek pool with Zanna for her first swim in a "big pool". It was a great success- she loved the water! We'll definitely be back! She's such a bathing beauty!

Bedtime stories....
Are best read by your cousins! We went to see Brynn and Bridger ( and their parents, of course!) this weekend and Brynn, our niece, who is now 5, read Zanna her bedtime story, "Five Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed." As you can see, Zee was just as interested in her cousin Bridger who was playing cars next to us. We are excited about these three growing up together, they are such loving cousins already! The last picture is of Aunt Sarah and Bridger watching The Wizard of Oz and enjoying some Aunt/Nephew time. It was too much fun to be with the Bee Allens! We love ya'll!
